Founded in 2021 by Roberta King, PeopleLab was created to offer a full-spectrum people solution spanning strategic recruitment, leadership and team development, and long-term retention.
With over 15 years’ experience across multiple industries, Roberta brings a commercially grounded, people-centred approach to solving complex workforce challenges. As the principal consultant, she works directly with every client, ensuring a consistent, high-quality, and deeply contextualised service.
